SAHPA has learned of three accidents at the Bambi site near Lydenburg on 8 January 2022.
All three accidents were unrelated, but required medical extraction by helicopter.
The nature and circumstances of these accidents are unknown and very little information is available at present. We appeal to pilots and witnesses to please Submit an Incident Report as this information helps us understand why accidents occur.
