SAHPA is approved by SACAA as an Aviation Recreation Organisation (ARO) with the following:
- To oversee the operation of its members
- To continuously evaluate compliance with the conditions of its approved Manual of Procedures (MOP) and the South African Civil Aviation Regulations 2011, as amended
- To notify SACAA of non-compliance of its members.
SAHPA ARO Certificate
This ARO certificate is displayed in accordance with CAR 149.01.3 which requires that SAHPA displays this certificate in a prominent place.
