Dear pilots,
We are pleased to announce significant progress with the development of Part 106 – Paragliding and Hang Gliding.
The proposed regulatory changes have been accepted by CARCOM (The Civil Aviation Regulation Committee), and will now be referred to the Minister of Transport for promulgation. It is anticipated that this will take 6-9 months.
