Permits required for Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve

The landowner at Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve (Franschoek, Western Cape) has expressed concern about a handful of paraglider pilots who refuse to pay permit fees. These objections are based on the mistaken premise that the Franschhoek launch site does not fall under the Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve.
