The SAHPA Safety Management System is the mechanism to Audit and Report on Safety issues within each club. The Safety Management System consists of two parts:
- Safety Audit Form
- Corrective Action Form
- Corrective Action Plan
Safety Self-Assessment Form
If you are a Club Safety Officer or a School Chief Instructor, use the Safety Self-Assessment Form to self-assess your Club or School.
Corrective Action Form
Use the Corrective Action Form to capture corrective actions against findings in the Safety Self-Assessment Form. These Corrective Actions will be reported in a Corrective Action Plan.
Corrective Action Plan
The Corrective Action Plan is used by the club/school to continuously track progress in mitigating the findings in the Safety Self Assessment.
