| 22/03/2010 SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR THE 2010 AIRSPACE RESTRICTIONS Dear Members Please find hereunder the necessary forms for applying for the Security and flight authorization codes that is compulsory to have if flying between 23-26 April and during the World Cup. For the SCC ( Security Clearance code) it is highly recommended that you apply personally to the SAAF. SAHPA can do it but it is better to go direct. See form below The following needs to be submitted:
The FAC (Flight authorisation code) needs to be done the day before you fly alternatively list all the days and get a separate code for each flight and date. This is to be sent directly to SAAF. Cumulus nimbus bigger than oil tankers, neighbours building arks in their driveways! Well don’t despair. Our very reliable and hundred percent accurate weather sources say the best flying weather in decades is yet to come. And it will be for a limited period and only in the Northwest region. One week to be exact and more specifically the 21 to 27 March 2010 at the Wigwam, Rustenburg area..that is where this incredible flying weather will be.
